作者簡介


李家鼎
李家鼎(鼎爺),香港著名演員、武術指導及馬術教練。
生於廣州富裕家庭,兒時住西關泮塘,父親李倬雲從事酒家、醬園、麵粉、絲綢生意,是正宗「西關大少」。
八歲的鼎爺,與家人逃難至香港,家道中落,但父親不改西關大少識飲識食的本色,鼎爺自少開始為父親下廚。
正所謂「食在廣州,廚出鳳城」,父親以前吃的主要是順德大廚的手藝,所以鼎爺的廚風深受順德菜的影響,透過嘴刁的父親口傳廚藝技巧,
又自學鑽研刀工,希望菜式做得更精緻,更合父親的胃口。
2016年,開始主持《阿爺廚房》,在節目中大展廚藝,精湛的廚藝,細膩的刀工,給大家認識一個全新的鼎爺,
傳統功夫粵菜亦再次在香港牽起熱潮。
